Johnson HVAC Distribution Unveils New Brand, Website

September 9, 2026 · ACHR News · Score: 16

Johnson Supply, a company that sells heating and cooling equipment to contractors in Texas and Louisiana, has renamed itself Johnson HVAC Distribution and launched a new website. The change covers all of its more than 20 branches, plus two locations in Louisiana, and the company says another Texas location is on the way. Johnson has operated in the region since 1953 and is employee-owned.

This is a business-side change rather than a shift in products or pricing. The company sells equipment to contractors, not directly to homeowners, so the rebrand itself has no bearing on your home's heating or cooling costs, rebates, or upgrade options. The new website is built mainly for contractors, offering easier access to product details, account tools, and branch information.

If you're planning a heat pump installation, furnace replacement, or other HVAC work in Texas or Louisiana, you likely won't deal with Johnson directly, but the contractor you hire might buy equipment through this distributor. Nothing here changes what equipment is available, what it costs, or what rebates apply to your project. It's simply a name and website update for a regional supplier that stocks the parts and systems contractors install in homes like yours.
