HVAC Price Increase List: October 2026

October 7, 2026 · ACHR News · Score: 83

Several HVAC equipment makers are raising prices this October, which could affect what you pay for heating and cooling equipment or repairs in the coming months. The increases mostly run in the 3%-6% range, though a few are higher: Aeris Metals is raising prices on linesets (the tubing connecting indoor and outdoor AC or heat pump units) by an average of 12.9%, and Robertshaw is increasing prices on some products by up to 15%, though it says most of its lineup will stay the same or even drop in price.

Other changes include Heat Controller raising prices up to 5% on water-source heat pumps and residential geothermal equipment, Regal Rexnord adding 2.5% on some motors and parts, Western Enterprises adding 3%, tekmar raising prices about 6%, Nailor Industries adding 5%, and Panasonic raising prices 3.7%-4.0% on products affected by tariffs (other Panasonic products are unchanged). Resideo is also adjusting prices on its Honeywell Home air zoning products, though the amount wasn't specified. Most of these changes take effect between October 1 and October 31, 2026.

If you're planning a furnace, air conditioner, or heat pump purchase or replacement, these increases suggest equipment costs may tick up this fall, though the impact depends on which brand and parts your contractor uses. Not every product line is affected, and some prices are actually dropping.
