Climate XChange is giving away more EVs than ever before in its 11th Annual EV Raffle
A nonprofit called Climate XChange has opened its 11th annual EV raffle, with tickets on sale now through CarbonRaffle.org. This isn't a home energy upgrade program, but it's worth knowing about if you're weighing a switch to an electric vehicle alongside other home efficiency plans. The raffle offers two options. A Luxury Raffle ticket costs $250, with only 5,000 sold. Its grand prize lets the winner pick up to two fully electric vehicles from any manufacturer, worth up to $120,000 combined, plus a second prize worth up to $35,000. A separate Mini Raffle costs $100 a ticket, capped at 4,000, with a prize of one EV worth up to $50,000 in any configuration the winner chooses. Climate XChange covers the taxes on all vehicle prizes.
Anyone who buys a Luxury Raffle ticket by October 29 at 11:59 pm ET is also entered into a $10,000 Early Bird drawing, without losing their spot in the main raffle. The main prize drawing happens December 11, 2026. You can enter one raffle or both, since they run separately.
Proceeds go to Climate XChange, a nonprofit that pushes for state-level climate policies affecting household energy bills, public health, and access to clean energy. So beyond the chance at a free EV, ticket money supports advocacy work that can shape state rules around home energy costs and clean energy access down the line.
